I am reading your book one chapter at a time – as it generates feelings of anger, deep injustice, despair and impotence – and I need time to cool down at the end of each one!

Thanks Andrew; yes I felt/feel all those things deeply but at least writing the book helped counter the impotence to an extent. Am already aware of a danger of burnout with all the talks and interviews; am doing my best to avoid it.
